Red Peloton had another remarkable bike racing season in 2023. In addition to participating and volunteering to support races across the state, country and disciplines, Red Peloton logged some really impressive results.
- Kurt Holt – 2023 AquaBike World Champion, Male 45-49, 6 Hour ITT World Champion
- Amber Smolik – 2023 Aqua Bike World Champion, Oklahoma State Criterium Champion
- Mike Charleton – 5th in state criterium championships, 9 top 10 finishes in criteriums
- Rick Pepper – 3rd in state criterium championships
- Tommy Abel – wins the Gran (110+mile) route at Levi’s Gran Fondo. Plus 2 top 10 races locally.
- Javier Sanchez – wins the GrassHopper Adventure series
- Karl Erickson – 5th in masters 4000 ITT velodrome race
- Christine Culver – earned podium spots at both the Boggs 8hr race as well as the Skyline XC race
- Kyle Ashton – multiple podiums in the Sacramento Cyclocross series
- Zach Crawford – 4 top 10 finishes in criterium races
- Christian Velazquez – 4 top 10 finishes in criterium races
- Cole Rasmussen – 5 top 10 finishes in crits and cyclocross
U23
- Blake Macheras – 3rd in U23 State Road Race championship, 10 top 10 finishes in criteriums, won the NCNCA Best all around rider in Cat 3 before upgrading to Cat 2.
- Chris Guzik – 1st in the Madison Cup velodrome race, Raced at the Tour of America’s Dairly, a 11 day race series.
- Tyler Mezey – 4 top ten finishes in Crits and road races, upgraded to cat 3
