March 2008 Todd Weitzenberg will be hosting a lecture to the physicians and staff at Kaiser Permanente tomorrow Wednesday March 5th. on Bicycle Safety. Blood drive at Parkpoint this Friday March 7th times are from 10:30 - 1:30 and should take no longer than 15 minutes to donate blood for a great cause! The team is working with the Blood Bank of the Redwoods and Parkpoint to host this blood drive. Sign up sheets can be found at Parkpoint in Healdsburg or by contacting Andrew Barlow. It’s not too late to sign up for a spin class!!! Team NorCal Bike Sport and Parkpoint Health Clubs are working closely together organizing spin classes for their club members and the boys of Red Peloton at their three locations (Sonoma, Healdsburg and Santa Rosa). The spin classes are lead by Andrew Barlow, and Tim Farnham and have been well received. Check out the pictures from the February 1st. class in Healdsburg. Spin Class Dates are as follows: Friday nights Healdsburg Parkpoint at 6:30pm Mar 14th and 28th. Friday nights Santa Rosa Parkpoint at 6pm starting Mar 7th, and 21st Sonoma Parkpoint (Mar TBD).
