Committees

Community Service Committee

Lead: Austin Hermosilla

Goals: Contribute in meaningful ways to the cycling community and beyond with impacts to the environment, youth and women.

Organize and expand member participation and engagement in philanthropy/volunteering.

The Red Peloton supports the following organizations through monetary or volunteer support:

  • Green Acre’s Boys Home
  • Sonoma County Bike Coalition
  • Bike to Work/School Days
  • Toys for Children drive through the local fire Department
  • Sutter’s Catwalk for a Cure event

Membership Committee

Lead: Steve Reddie

Goals: To grow, sustain and support club membership.

This committee works tirelessly to create an inclusive positive environment which keeps our members coming back year after year. They focus on enhancing our demographics across multiple categories, soliciting feedback as well as ensuring the voices of the members are heard and valued.

Sponsorship Committee

Lead: Kevin Smith

Goals: To expand, engage and sustain our sponsorship pool

This Committee is the heart of our Team. Without these dedicated people, we wouldn’t be able to support our philanthropic endeavors, give back to the community we love, or provide to our young cyclists. They are focused on ensuring a mutually beneficial working relationship that will foster years of engagement.

Race & Ride Committee

Lead: Cole Rasmussen

Goals: Expand, develop, and support our riding and racing goals.

This committee works in two distinct but related areas. The Rides portion of their focus is to foster an inviting and inclusive series of training and fitness building rides, which accommodates all levels of rider ability. The Race side of this committee, supports and encourages our race teams, as well as supporting those who are looking to start racing.
